Perma-damage transforms the Tomb Raider Remastered I-V experience into an unforgiving test of skill and survival. Every hit matters, every decision counts. Your health bar persists across the entire adventure, with no regeneration between levels. This means that careless encounter in the Caves of Vilcabamba could haunt you all the way to the final confrontation.

How to run Perma-damage
The Perma-damage mod is easy to run.
- Download: Download the Mod Launcher.
- Launch: Run the launcher exe and choose your options.
- Configuration: Turn off all features except for Perma-damage if you want to speedrun.
- Play: Click Launch Mods and start playing!
